Monthly Mastermind

Higher Level Mastermind group was created as a place to join and collaborate with other business minded entrepreneurs, and leaders. Together we will discover how to break through barriers and create generational wealth for our families and communities.

Purpose

To support and uplift one another’s entrepreneurial pursuits through offering constructive feedback, encouragement, resources, and networking opportunities.

Leadership and Commitment

This mastermind group is managed by Adrienne Martian and Jamaal Solomon, who will be responsible for maintaining the group and organizing the monthly conference calls. However, leadership is shared by all members who may propose suggestions for the group and new ideas. If a member feels the group is not a good fit, that person will inform the other members about stepping out and not simply avoid communication.

As a mastermind group, we do the following:

• Brainstorm about entrepreneurship
• Discuss ways to use business and tax strategies
• Share victories and defeats
• Offer accountability
• Ask for help in promoting posts or products
• Meet up virtually.
• Post links to resources, opportunities, events, and articles that might benefit each other.

What is not part of the meetings:

• Coaching - unless it’s a topic-based presentation from one member planned ahead of time.
• Preaching
• Secret Agendas
• Trying to generate leads or promote products or services
• Distractions or multi-tasking of any type - Phones, TV’s, Email, Social Networks, etc.
• Psychotherapy

Privacy

Ideas discussed in the group are to be kept private within our group. Members may publicly quote something said on the group only after requesting permission.

Our Commitment:

1. We are a team, providing encouragement and accountability to each other.
2. We pursue growth through serving, rather than self-promotion.
3. We don’t judge others by their level of success or status.
4. If a problem with a member arises, members commit to working through their issues privately, one-on-one.
5. We hold each other accountable to a high standard of interaction.
6. We use our sessions to build up, encourage, and inspire, never to tear down.

Ideal candidates for this program:

•  Currently taking on new clients
• Feels comfortable putting group advice in to action and showing results with urgency
• In operation for at least 1 year

Live Sessions are the third Wednesday of the month at 12:30pm (30 minutes)
